(E) TIDES OF BLOOD
90s
Infects an area with a toxic plague that infects enemies hit for 4 seconds, after which the plague explodes, dealing 150 magic damage (150 + 70% ) to infected targets. Also deals 10% of the damage taken by the targets during the infection period as bonus magic damage. After 0.4 seconds, the first infected enemy champion restores 150 Health (150/250/350 + 70% ) to Vladimir. Every subsequent champion provides 40% healing.
(R) HEMOPLAGUE
If you want to use this VLADIMIR Mid build, you should take Flash (Teleport a short distance) and Ghost (Gain a large burst of movement speed) as your Summoner Spells.
For runes, you should pick Phase Rush (Hitting the enemy champion(s) with basic attacks or abilities multiple times grants Movement Speed and Ability Haste.) as your keystone, followed by Gathering storm (Damage output increases over time.), Coup de Grace (Increases damage dealt to enemy champions with low Health.) and Legend: Bloodline (Gains Omnivamp.) in the primary tree, as well as Bone Plating (Reduces incoming damage.) in the secondary tree. Above you can see possible options for replacing runes.
Start your build with Amplifying Tome. Next, you should pay attention to whether your mobility champion is enough, our further actions will depend on this. If it is hard for you to dodge the enemy's skills or you want to roam on neighboring lines, then it is better to buy Boots of Speed at an early stage.
Finally, for your items, you should build Riftmaker (Ramping Damage) as your first item, followed by Ionian Boots of Lucidity (Grants Ability Haste) or Boots of Mana (Grants Ability Power, Magic Penetration and Mana Regeneration) depending on the situation. (sometimes it will still be better to build a boot as the first item, which significantly increases the mobility of your champion) the third key element in our build is Infinity Orb (Abilities deal bonus damage).
Maybe now it's time to think about upgrading your boot, invest in Stasis Enchant (Turn invulnerable). You may want to replace it with Protobelt Enchant (Small dash), it all depends on your playstyle and the situation on the battlefield.
The remaining three items are situational, of course you can use the example builds above. But for a more effective game you will need to pay attention to the situation on the battlefield. Buy items that will effectively counter your opponents, help you and your allies. To do this, use the "Situational Items" section to find out which items will be useful to you in a particular situation.

(R) HEMOPLAGUE
If you want to use this VLADIMIR Solo Baron build, you should take Flash (Teleport a short distance) and Ignite (Ignites target enemy champion, dealing true damageand applying Grievous Wounds for the duration. Grievous Wound reduces the effectiveness of Healing) as your Summoner Spells.
For runes, you should pick Phase Rush (Hitting the enemy champion(s) with basic attacks or abilities multiple times grants Movement Speed and Ability Haste.) as your keystone, followed by Gathering storm (Damage output increases over time.), Giant Slayer (Deals more damage to an enemy champions the more bonus Health they have.) and Legend: Bloodline (Gains Omnivamp.) in the primary tree, as well as Overgrowth (Gains bonus scalable max Health.) in the secondary tree. Above you can see possible options for replacing runes.
Start your build with Amplifying Tome. Next, you should pay attention to whether your mobility champion is enough, our further actions will depend on this. If it is hard for you to dodge the enemy’s skills or you want to roam on neighboring lines, then it is better to buy Boots of Speed at an early stage.
Finally, for your items, you should build Riftmaker (Ramping Damage) as your first item, followed by Ionian Boots of Lucidity (Grants Ability Haste) or Mercury's Treads (Reduces Magic Damage) depending on the situation. (sometimes it will still be better to build a boot as the first item, which significantly increases the mobility of your champion) the third key element in our build is Infinity Orb (Abilities deal bonus damage).

Wild Rift VLADIMIR's COMBOS
This can sometimes be a little more obvious when it's later into the game but there's still very little someone can do against it. It's mostly useful if you have lethal damage and stand behind minions then all of a sudden you Flash with empowered (Q) TRANSFUSION and oneshot them. Again remember to use (R) HEMOPLAGUE before your (E) TIDES OF BLOOD hits the target.
Surprise all in a target by charging your (E) then Flashing into enemy range before the damage goes off. Quickly (R), then Auto Attack and (Q). Use (W) SANGUINE POOL underneath your opponent before your (R) detonates.
