If you want to use this RAKAN Support build, you should take Flash Flash (Teleport a short distance) and Heal Heal (Restore Health to you and the most wounded nearby ally champion) as your Summoner Spells.

For runes, you should pick Electrocute Electrocute (Hitting a champion with successive attacks or abilities deals bonus adaptive damage.) as your keystone, followed by Sudden Impact Sudden Impact (Gains Armor and Magic Pen after dashing or after exiting invisibility/stealth.), Cheap Shot Cheap Shot (Deals true damage to enemy champions when their movement is impaired.) and Eyeball Collector Eyeball Collector (Gains Adaptive Force after champion takedowns.) in the primary tree, as well as Transcendence Transcendence (Grants more Ability Haste the higher your level is and also returns ability cooldown duration.) in the secondary tree. Start your build with Relic Shield Relic Shield (Kill minions to earn bonus gold). Next, you should pay attention to whether your mobility champion is enough, our further actions will depend on this. As mercurial as he is charming, Rakan is an infamous vastayan troublemaker and the greatest battle-dancer in Lhotlan tribal history. To the humans of the Ionian highlands, his name has long been synonymous with wild festivals, uncontrollable parties, and anarchic music.
