For runes, you should pick Grasp of Undying Grasp of Undying (When in combat, your next attack on a champion will occasionally deal bonus magic damage, heal you, and permanently increase your health.) as your keystone, followed by Courage of the Colossus Courage of the Colossus (Gains a shield after immobilizing an enemy champions.), Second Wind Second Wind (Heals you after taking damage.) and Overgrowth Overgrowth (Gains bonus scalable max Health.) in the primary tree, as well as Demolish Demolish (Automatically charges up when you are near turrets. Once fully charged, your next attack deals massive amounts of damage to turrets.) in the secondary tree. Below you can see possible options for replacing runes.
