The Pro Kayn Jungle Path has a full clear that starts on the Raptors. Unlock (Q) REAPING SLASH and clear Raptors since it doesn't require a leash from the bot lane due to the huge amount of AoE damage this skill provides. After killing the Raptors and reaching level two, high elo Kayn players tend to level up the (E) SHADOW STEP skill which allows Kayn to travel through walls. By using (E) SHADOW STEP, you can travel through the Red Buff wall all the way to the Krugs to clear them quickly. After Krugs, next up is the Red Buff camp that grants you level three which allows you to upgrade (Q) REAPING SLASH. At this point move towards the Blue Buff side of the jungle and clear the Wolves, Blue Buff and Gromp. These give you level four and unlock (W) BLADE'S REACH. Scuttler is the last camp in this jungle path and after that you can gank a lane with the best kill potential so that you get a lot of transformation point.

This Kayn Jungle Clear prioritizes full clearing for most optimal scaling and allows you to also gank a lane first before going for the Scuttler, if a high kill opportunity arrises.

TIPS: Finally, for your items, you should build Black Cleaver Black Cleaver (Physical Damage reduces Armor) as your first item, followed by Plated Steelcaps Plated Steelcaps (Reduces damage from champion attacks) or Mercury's Treads Mercury's Treads (Reduces Magic Damage) depending on the situation. (sometimes it will still be better to build a boot as the first item, which significantly increases the mobility of your champion) the third key element in our build is Eclipse Eclipse (Gain a shield and deal bonus damage).

Maybe now it's time to think about upgrading your boot, invest in Armored Advance Armored Advance (Grants Armor and a shield). You may want to replace it with Chainlaced Crushers Chainlaced Crushers (Gain a magic shield upon taking magic damage), it all depends on your playstyle and the situation on the battlefield.

The remaining last three items are situational, of course you can use the example builds above. But for a more effective game you will need to pay attention to the situation on the battlefield.

There is not such thing as better build, try to always adapt to circumstances of the match. For example, the last item of the first build of Blue Kayn (Serpent's Fang) would be useless if nobody of the enemy's team do not use or have shields on their abilities. If the enemy's team have more AD champs than AP champs, you can use Death's Dance item, which will help you to tank AD damage.

Why is Manamune part of the blue build? It doesn't proc with abilities.
