If you want to use this EZREAL Adc build, you should take Flash Flash (Teleport a short distance) and Exhaust Exhaust (Exhausts target enemy champion, reducing their Movement Speed and their damage dealt) as your Summoner Spells.

For runes, you should pick Empowerment Empowerment (Every third consecutive attack on the enemy increases their damage taken.) as your keystone, followed by Brutal Brutal (Attacks deal bonus damage to enemy champions.), Coup de Grace Coup de Grace (Increases damage dealt to enemy champions with low Health.) and Legend: Bloodline Legend: Bloodline (Gains Omnivamp.) in the primary tree, as well as Bone Plating Bone Plating (Reduces incoming damage.) in the secondary tree. Above you can see possible options for replacing runes.

Start your build with Sapphire Crystal Sapphire Crystal. Next, you should pay attention to whether your mobility champion is enough, our further actions will depend on this. If it is hard for you to dodge the enemy's skills or you want to roam on neighboring lines, then it is better to buy Boots of Speed Boots of Speed at an early stage.       I'm an ezreal main and he is the only adc that suits with any support imo, can synergies with poke sup like karma or lux can also pair with engages support cause his damage output early is high using PTA, but try not to play with enchanter such as lulu or janna because ezreal is a based abilities champion not auto, but it still good too because his Q stack att speed
