Landing your max range (Q) BOOMERANG BLADE will allow you to hit both portions of damage at the same time. When timed with a FLASH Auto Attack and (W) RICOCHET you can burst someone down surprisingly quickly, especially in the late game. You can also (Q) then FLASH mid animation to extended the range. Follow this up by runnning into AA (W) range thanks to your passive and (R) ON THE HUNT movespeed.

To burst opponents you can lead with (R) and (Q) at it's maximum distance. This will make the damage from both parts hit almost at the same time and burst. FLASH right before it lands and AA (W) to reset followed by more AA.

    the build which u have given is the weakest sivir build change the main ruin with kraken slayer instead of bloodline use Alacrity in it and Bloodthirster is good but use immortal shieldbow as first item and quickblade as 2nd item cant say about third item bcoz it differs from player to player i use Magnetic Blaster as third item u can go according to u r convinenece. believe me sivir is s tier with enchanter

      Bloodthirster or Shieldbow both works for her simply because it synergizes with her crit, ad, atkspd scaling. 2nd item should always be Navori's since she already gets atkspd from W and alacrity. She's very squishy going full crit so it's better to have lethality and/or defensive items.
      She excels at clearing waves and dealing team dmg in a teamfight. she's mobile and (with items) tanky enough to survive fights with her E, and she has map dominance compared to other ADC. however this comes at a price where her total dmg output is outclassed by every other adc that's not Corki.
