(PASSIVE) GLORIOUS EVOLUTION
Gains Hex Fragments whenever Viktor kills an enemy:
- Killing minions or normal monsters grants 3 Hex Fragments.
- Killing epic monsters, siege units, or super minions grants 5 Hex Fragments.
- Champion takedowns grant 25 Hex Fragments.
Every 100 Hex Fragments Viktor gains permanently upgrades an active ability. When all of his basic abilities are upgraded, the Hexcore will be perfected, augmenting Chaos Storm.

Deploys a gravity field for 4 seconds, slowing enemies within by 25/30/35/40%. After a short delay, the field applies a Gravitation stack to the target every 0.5 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.
At 3 stacks, all stacks are consumed to stun the target for 1.5 seconds. The target then becomes immune to Gravitation for a short duration.
Upgrade - Slow: The first time Siphon Power, Death Ray and Chaos Storm deal damage to enemies slow them by an additional 20%.

Fires a chaos beam that cuts across the battlefield in a line, dealing 75 magic damage (75/120/165/210 + 40% ) to enemies in its path.
Upgrade - Blastquake: After a brief delay, an explosion follows the beam's wake, dealing 30 magic damage (30/70/110/150 + 70% ).
Tap: Automatically attacks nearby targets based on your auto-aim settings.

Precise cast:
1. Drag the ability button to set the beam's starting point, and hold it until you are ready to fire.

3. Drag the ability button to aim the beam in the target direction. Release to cast.

Conjures a Chaos Storm at the target location for 5.5 seconds, dealing 100 magic damage (100/175/250 + 60% ) to enemies within the area and disrupting their channeled abilities. The storm then deals 50 magic damage (50/80/110 + 35% ) to enemies within it every second.
Hold and drag the ability button after cast to direct the storm to another location.
Upgrade - Howl: Chaos Storm moves faster. Champion takedowns empower the storm, extending its duration by 3.5 seconds and increasing its area of effect. The storm can be empowered up to 5 time(s).
The closer the storm is to Viktor, the faster it moves.

Stasis Enchant TIPS: Good against assassins and burst damage.
Luden's Echo (Abilities deal bonus damage) as your first item, followed by Boots of Mana (Grants Ability Power, Magic Penetration and Mana Regeneration) (sometimes it will still be better to build a boot as the first item, which significantly increases the mobility of your champion) the third key element in our build is Lich Bane (Attacks deal bonus damage aster ability casts).
Maybe now it's time to think about upgrading your boot, invest in

Demonbane: 20% of the damage that your attack deals, or 15% of the physical damage that your abilities deal is converted into a magic shield that absorbs up to 60-400 magic damage. The shield decays by 5% per second. 3000
Maw of Malmortius TIPS: Good choice against burst mages like Vex, Syndra, and Annie who can quickly take you down. It's also effective against sustained damage mages like Vladimir and Swain who rely on consistent damage over time.
Wit's End

At Wit's End: Basic attacks deal 15-65 bonus magic damage. While below 50% Health, dealing damage to an enemy champion heals you for (Melee 100%/Range 33%) of this effect's post-mitigation damage. 2700
Wit's End TIPS: A good item to build if you want to deal sustained damage and have some defensive stats against magic damage threats. Most commonly bought on champions that can benefit from it’s on-hit damage like Vayne, Irelia or Master Yi.
